Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your order. Expect an email to confirm that your order is on the way!

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

All major carriers delivery standard is 2-7 days, therefore orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days. Local shipping rates will apply. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping for orders over $75.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at clowe@indigo-october.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
